01 / A LITTLE MORE CLARITY

Less chasing records.
More moving forward.

Your lab’s day is full of details. Give every lot, reading and completed task a place your team can find.

INVENTORY & EXPIRY

Know what’s on hand.
And what’s next.

Keep quantities, lot numbers, storage locations and expiry dates together. Make your next stock review a little clearer.

TEMPERATURE RECORDS

A reading is useful.
Its history is better.

Record storage temperatures against configured limits. Keep the history ready for the next person who needs it.

Context that carries into the next shift.

Readings are submitted to Labqit. Continuous sensor monitoring is separate.

02 / KEEP THE EVIDENCE TOGETHER

“Can you show me
the records?”

Have a clear place to start.

Bring recorded temperatures, task completions, QC and inventory into a printable inspection binder, scoped to the records your account can access.

Prepare with confidence

Organized records support review. Accreditation depends on your laboratory’s procedures and applicable requirements.

03 / START WITH YOUR DAY

One workflow is
a good beginning.

Start where records get difficult to maintain.
Build from what your team actually needs.

  1. 01

    Bring the loose end.

An expiry spreadsheet. A temperature log. A recurring task that slips between shifts.

  2. 02

    See it in Labqit.

Walk through the relevant workflow with us. Ask the questions that matter at your bench.

  3. 03

    Find your starting point.

Discuss one department, a scoped pilot and clear measures for deciding whether it fits.

A home for operations. Your patient registration, diagnostic reports and sample tracking stay in your existing clinical systems.

Where Labqit fits

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Clarity before
you commit.

Is Labqit a LIS or LIMS?+

Labqit focuses on daily laboratory operations: inventory, recorded storage temperatures, tasks, QC and inspection records. It does not handle patient registration, diagnostic reports or patient-to-sample tracking. Discuss fit with your existing systems during the demo.

Can we start with one department?+

Yes, ask us about a scoped pilot for one department and one operational workflow. We will discuss setup, responsibilities, commercial terms and the measures your team wants to evaluate.

Does it monitor refrigerators automatically?+

Labqit records submitted readings and flags values outside configured limits. It cannot detect a change that has not been recorded. Continuous monitoring, sensors and any integration needs should be evaluated separately.

What will we cover in a demo?+

Bring one workflow that is difficult to maintain or review. We will show the relevant Labqit screens, discuss your current process and identify what a useful next step could look like.

YOUR NEXT SHIFT COULD LOOK DIFFERENT
